Girona

The autonomous community of Catalonia , considered a historical nationality, it occupies the northeast corner of the Iberian Peninsula. It forms a triangle that limits to the north with France and Andorra, to the east with the Mediterranean Sea and to the west with Aragon and the Valencian Community.

Catalonia enjoys a Mediterranean climate on the coast, tempered in winter and very hot in summer. In the interior, which has a continental Mediterranean climate, the winters are cold and the summers are very hot. In the Pyrenean areas, which have a high mountain climate, the winters are very cold, with snowfall, and the summers are less hot.

Girona is one of the most interesting in Catalonia, the historic city of Girona invites visitors to trace its more than 2000 years of history through two fortified enclosures, the Força Vella and the Medieval Quarter. The Força Vella dates back to the Roman foundation while the medieval extension of the city walls was carried out during the 14th and 15th centuries. The city's artistic heritage has been preserved in the numerous monuments that have survived until today.

For our Muslims tourists we invite them to join us for discovering this city which was one
